My client is a long established and well respected Private Equity firm with offices in London and the U.S.A.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join their London office providing general IT support covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices and video/audio conference equipment.
Working in a small environment, they are seeking someone who can effectively and efficiently deal with everyone in the office VIP’s etc and is comfortable working on their own with a minimum of supervision. You will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a friendly tight knit team and have come from a similar “white glove” environment, Private Equity, Hedge Fund etc.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Setup New PCs
Windows and Mac Support
Office 365 Support
Install Software and Desktop Equipment
Active Directory
Manage Exchange permissions
Remote user support
Some basic maintenance of servers – software updates & basic troubleshooting
Physically install new servers and networking equipment
Patch and troubleshoot network and phone cabling
Monitor phone, internet & MPLS connectivity
Mobile phone account management & updating
Maintain and troubleshoot A/V System & Conference Phones
Set up video and audio conferences with US offices and outside participants
You will be degree qualified or similar and have a minimum three years of related experience.
You will also have excellent customer service skills, the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all levels.
