TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner.  This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)

We have an exciting opportunity in the Value Chain Retention team.  You will manage the partnership that we have with our provider to ensure Toyota and Lexus roadside assistance continue to be industry leading products, and that joint opportunities are scoped, defined, and delivered for not only TGB, but the wider One Toyota Organisation (TGB, TFS, TIS, TMUK and KINTO

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Oversee and manage the roadside assistance partnership to ensure industry-leading service.
  • Act as the central contact for the 10-year/100k mile warranty programme.
  • Collaborate across departments (systems, warranty, finance, etc.) to maintain seamless programme delivery.
  • Monitor roadside assistance performance with the Account Manager.
  • Manage a £10m+ profit centre and report on financial performance.
  • Support Customer Relations by helping resolve live customer complaints efficiently.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities (e.g., Connected Car, Accident Management, Mobile Servicing).
  • Contribute to broader Value Chain development projects across the One Toyota Organisation.

  • Confidence with financial concepts and an understanding of complex P&L accounts
  • Knowledge of roadside assistance or similar automotive sector programmes (insurance etc.)
