Vehicle Schemes Administrator – Permanent – up to £28,500 – Surrey
Our client, a global automotive company based in Surrey is looking for a Vehicle Schemes Administrator to join their team. The role involves direct contact with all grades, roles and divisions within the business as well as with external customers and agency/supplier partners.
The role is crucial to ensure that all the vehicle schemes, operate efficiently from order to delivery to renewal and return for defleet.
These schemes include:
Employee Purchase Scheme
Deferred Credit Scheme
Contractor Purchase Scheme
You will have excellent communication skills and will be working with stakeholders right across the business with responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction within your area of responsibility.
Your key attributes will include:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Numeracy – ability to work with financial data.
Literacy – ability to work on internal and external communications.
High level of ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes
