Service Desk Analyst 1st-3rd line

My client is a long established and well respected Private Equity firm with offices across the globe
Joining an existing team of two support engineers you will be supporting their London office together with eight other offices across EMEA. You will be providing 1st-3rd line support covering servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and video/audio conference equipment.
They are seeking someone who can effectively and efficiently deal with everyone in the office VIP’s etc and someone who is a self-starter.
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Setup New PCs
Windows 10 Support
Office 2016 Support
Active Directory Support
Install Software and Desktop Equipment
Manage Exchange permissions
Remote user support
Basic maintenance of servers – software updates & basic troubleshooting
Set up video and audio conferences with US offices and outside participants
You will be degree qualified or similar and have a minimum three to five years of related experience.
You will also have excellent customer service skills, the ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
A self-starter with the ability to own projects and carry through from beginning to end.
