Our client is a global leader in the automotive sector and a household name. This is an exciting opportunity to join their Head Office Used Vehicle Operations which is of huge strategic importance to their business and for which their are big plans and exciting times ahead.

The role is varied and wide ranging and includes
Maintaining & updating used vehicle records to ensure accurate descriptions and provenance in support of sales channel selection.
Selecting the most appropriate sales channel for each vehicle based on direction provided by Remarketing Management.
Conducting pre and post sales processing including but not limited to, allocation to sales events & channels, checking publication of sales events (auctions etc).
Providing Customer Services for the Network for all matters related to Used Vehicles.
Liaising closely with rental companies to agree and process any excess charges for extra days, mileage and in life servicing, in accordance with the agreements with each customer.
Sourcing, Online Retail Part Exchange or Customer Relations buyback purchases, plus any other ad-hoc buybacks authorised by Remarketing Management.
General administration support for wider Remarketing department as and when required.

Ideally you will have a background in the automotive sector and enjoy working in a team environment but more importantly you will have the following attributes:
