Product Marketing: Co-ordinator – £27K to 30K – near Epsom, Surrey, start ASAP

The opportunity

Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom, Surrey is looking for Marketing Co-ordinator to support new product launches and ongoing product lifecycle management through supporting development and communication of vehicle life cycle activities & coordinating vehicle set-up, communicating to key stakeholders throughout launch.

Responsibilities
*General team administrative support including, systems input and development, and document publication.
*Support vehicles launch and lifecycle management, working closely with the Product Manager to refine systems and processes.
*Working with the Product Manager, the key areas of responsibility are:
oHelp manage the relationship with product related agencies
oEnsure product actions are communicated effectively and accurately across departments
oPublication of product information (Price Lists, Technical information) in a timely manner to industry partners, agencies, and the Centre Network
oCompile specific price lists for Centres, Industry Partners and Customers
oProof reading marketing collateral
oManaging Suffix requests and model creation
*Be the first point of contact for customers (Internal & External) contacting the department and actioning telephone and e-mail enquiries on product related matters
*Retail Excellence Support – Manage interior color & trim sample process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of any new or updated samples to the Centre Network and manage CO2 poster publication and distribution.
*Manage departmental budget tracking and provide support for Purchase Order requisitions via Oracle (a system we use)
*Management of static “Showroom” vehicles at head office, ensuring new vehicle launches are effectively communicated and promoted

Your key skills will include:
