PMO Analyst

Leading financial services based in Redhill have an immediate need for a
PMO Analyst to join the PMO team. The Programme Management Office will manage the tracking, reporting, quality assurance and control, information management, financial tracking, risk and issue tracking, change control, and general administration support to the Programme. It will add value through the knowledge, skills, and experience of its staff.

Additionally, the PMO Analyst will provide a quality assurance review to programme deliverables in terms of ensuring adequate documentation, evidence collation, and testing has been completed prior to governance sign off.

Responsibilities will include:
*Assisting the Programme Director to implement governance standards across the programme, including tracking, monitoring, and update the status of programme deliverables
*Managing programme level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs) register and proactively chasing and challenging status
*Assisting the Programme Director in the design and implementation of a traceability matrix for all deliverables of the programme
*Managing the governance for programme fora including preparing papers and presentations ahead of meetings and ensuring all minutes and / or decisions are accurately captured
*Challenging workstream leads and project managers on their plans for delivery and provide quality assurance on deliverables
*Assisting the Programme Director in identifying internal and external programme, project, and workstream level dependencies
*Implementing appropriate standards across the programme
*Designing and managing the programme Sharepoint site ensuring documentation and evidence is stored correctly
*Assisting the Programme Sponsors in preparing for their own meetings with Internal Audit and other committees as it relates to the Programme
*Other duties and tasks as required by the Programme
What we’re looking for:
*Relevant qualification in project management (e.g., Prince2, MSP, P30 etc)
*Previous PMO experience with programme and / or portfolio level experience
*Skilled and knowledgeable in the setup and design of multi-stream programme office
*Solid experience of the Microsoft Office family including MS Visio and MS Project
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Strong stakeholder management skills in balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
*Excellent prioritisation skills
*A strong customer centric approach
