Payroll Administrator – Epsom (remote working) – 6 month fixed term contract – £30k

Our client is a global brand with an enviable reputation in their sector. This a great opportunity to join them on a fixed term six month contract to assist in the completion and delivery of multiple complex projects across the HR and Finance teams.

You will have two reporting lines, primarily to their Payroll Specialist, but with a dotted line to the Data and Reward Specialist.

Your duties and responsibilities in the HR team will encompass:
*The overall collation of pension data with all variations
*DC communications & management of contractual documentation
*Assisting with the setup of new pension schemes
*The collation of documentation and data to the pension provider
*Supporting the creation of communication documentation
*Gathering employee choice of lump sum and supporting administration of either cash or AVC payments
*Other administration duties as required

Your duties and responsibilities in the Finance team will include:
*Assisting with the processing monthly payrolls
*Manual payroll calculations
*The resolution of employee queries
*The gathering of data and calculation of benefit in kind values
*The maintenance and calculation of employee and employer pension contributions
*The preparation and delivery of reports
*Other payroll related duties as required

The successful individual with have worked in a payroll capacity before and have knowledge and experience of using a payroll system (ADP Freedom would be a huge advantage). The individual must have excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
