Operations Coordinator – 12 month fixed term contract
Role: A new role has been created for a dynamic individual who has attention to detail with the purpose to coach, motivate and influence business transformation with our client’s Network partners. This involves working with all areas of the business to implement and improve operational programs and strategies to deliver business transformation.
What you will be doing:
*Use business tools such as Power BI & Excel to produce reports and analyze trends, to support the extended Network Operations field team to effectively performance manage the Network.
*To work under the direction of the Network Operations Specialist in providing administrative and operational support, contributing towards the achievement of national Network Operational objectives.
*Provide a dedicated contact point for the Network Operations field team, for operational based day to day enquiries.
*Operational support will also extend to the Network query handling, liaising with the Customer and Network Support team, and acting as a support contact for Centre Partners on operational issues.
*To undertake established standard administrative routines working with end users to ensure information is useful and fit for purpose.
*Proactively identify opportunities to ensure the communication channels are efficient.
*Reporting Sales Performance, After Sales Performance and Partner Performance
Experience you’ll gain:
*Understanding of business operation and processes.
*Understanding of the national market and impact of external factors on value chain performance.
*Network exposure, through ad-hoc cover and support to Network Operations Specialist and Sales and After Sales Performance Managers, where appropriate.
*An opportunity to influence the activities of the Operations team through communication and collaboration with the wider audience.
*Ability to produce trend analysis for network and market data, at regional and national level.
Successful candidates with have the following skills/experience:
* Intermediate level of Excel
* Customer first approach
*Strong organizational, communication, influencing and personal time management skills.
*Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret data to spot trends and make recommendations
*Proactively improves communication channels between field operations and Head Office teams, Ability to take an initiative from proposal through to feasibility, development, implementation & PDCA.
*Ability and willing to travel to nationwide departmental and regional meetings (up to twice a month)
*Aspire to work in a Field Operations role as part of a longer-term career plan
