Marketing: Website Specialist – Permanent – 35K – 38K – near Epsom, Surrey, start ASAP

The opportunity
Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom, Surrey is looking for Marketing Website Specialist to help deliver an industry leading experience across all digital platforms. This is a very exciting and varied role, as you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of their biggest online showroom. Ensuring the website is kept up to date and fully functioning, offering a seamless experience to their customers.

Responsibilities
*Day to day responsibility for the updates on the website. Manage the inflow / outflow of work for the national website across multiple areas including new cars, used cars, fleet, aftersales, owners, My App etc.
*Ensure content is regularly audited and developed where appropriate ensuring it is accurate, compliant, and relevant.
*Bug fixing and troubleshooting to ensure minimal impact on the customer.
*Manage the content delivery process from briefing, scheduling through our work management tool JIRA, delivery, tracking and communication to stakeholders.
*Build strong relationships with our digital agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
*Manage the maintenance of our website shopping tools (finance calculators, car configurators, lead forms, web chat, customer support knowledge base, customer product reviews etc.) and make sure that all are up to date and functioning correctly.
*Website guardian to ensure the website is consistent with the visual identity, tone of voice and delivers a great user experience.
*Continuously monitor and improve journeys across the website to maximise engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
*Manage the ongoing test and learn optimisation programme with external digital agency. From briefing, monitoring, and analysing results to implement of recommendations.
*Using various customer feedback tools to track sentiment and be reactive to any issues raised.
*Ad hoc analysis using Google Analytics and key reports to provide insight to wider business.

Your key skills will include:
*Excellent communication skills – ability to brief agencies clearly through both written and verbal channels.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective project management skills are essential with strong planning and time management. Multiple plate spinning is required!
*Good attention to detail as it is critical for approving and proof-reading new website content.
*Strong problem-solving skills, ability to seek out the problem and resolve bugs with minimal impact to the customer.
*Work independently with pro-active attitude to develop system knowledge.
*Ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders.
*Experience in agency management.
