Our client is seeking an HR and Relocation assistant to provide expert advice for all moves to the Isle of Man.

Relocating to a new country can be daunting, but also a unique opportunity to build an amazing new life for yourself and your family. A life you can enjoy.

Supporting individuals & families to get a seamless move.
You will help with location, settlement, accommodation, jobs, schools & more.
Your main focus will be to ensure that all new recruits build successful lives on the Island.

Main duties:
– Build relationships with local businesses
– Cold and warm outreach to potential clients
– Advising on a wide range of services related to relocation, property, banking & education.
– Develop trust with clients and employees to build a long-term relationship
– Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining communication
– Follow up with employees to ensure they are having a positive experience
Requirements
– Strong track record in building relationships with collective businesses.
– Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
– Disciplined self-starter, who is able to work independently and meet targets
– Ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
Mandarin and English languages essential
– Strong knowledge of the Isle of Man is preferred
