Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom, Surrey, is looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Co-ordinator to join the Retailer Marketing Team. You will be responsible for managing the development of Centre marketing materials, along with day-to-day contact with multiple agency partners and internal stakeholders.

The successful individual will have strong organisational, written, and oral communication skills and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships. You should also have an ability to manage, priorities and work to tight deadlines using your own initiative.

Key duties include

  • Working with the key Centre marketing agency to ensure all assets are in line with the current brands
  • Liaise with the national brand team for consistency of materials and strategy alignment
  • Approve a variety of retailer marketing assets for both brands
  • Assist with budget management, tracking, raising purchase orders and re-charges to the Centres
  • Responsible for Value chain marketing relationship and delivery of appropriate assets / materials and guidance
  • Assist in delivery of quarterly campaigns for Retail and fleet
  • Management of Merchandise offer and supplier
  • Involvement in new model or product launches
  • Creating assets associated with different parts of the business
  • Telematics supplier management

The successful individual will have the following attributes:
