About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced People Business Partner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. You will be partnering with our people to deliver a top-notch employee experience and foster a working environment that ensures our organisation remains effective, both now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership teams to drive the full people agenda and help shape the Divisional People Strategy.
- Employee Relations: Take the lead in handling disciplinary and grievance cases, as well as performance management processes.
- Transformational Projects: Drive key change projects that align with our departmental goals, ensuring they are well planned, communicated, and implemented.
- Provide Data Insights: Deliver data-driven insights to inform key business decisions related to people management.
- People Development: Foster a culture of learning by providing employees with access to flexible and relevant development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5)
- Experience: Strong HR generalist experience with a deep understanding of HR practices and UK employment law.
- Skills:
- Excellent project management and advanced MS Office skills.
- Effective communication and natural coaching style.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the people agenda, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- A proactive, driven attitude with great commercial understanding and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Key Competencies
- Strong organisational and planning skills while remaining flexible.
- Ability to build credible and effective working relationships across all levels.
- Curiosity and passion for HR with a willingness to share best practices.
