- £30,000 – £32,000 pro rata
- FTC – ASAP start and ends on 31st March 2025
- Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the Learning and HR inboxes to provide a first-class customer service by being the key contact for employee training and people requests, including arranging the logistics efficiently for in-house and virtual training and liaising with external providers.
- Liaise between training providers and workplace experience, setting up rooms as necessary – organising catering, printing as required and being a point of contact on the day.
- Ensuring that all training is evaluated, creating monthly reports on attendance and completion rates.
- You will also be involved in wider HR related projects including Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and general HR operations, providing administrative duties.
