Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insight?
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join the Toyota Remarketing Services Group (RSG) and help power our used vehicle strategy. Your ability to extract meaning from data will directly influence how we repatriate vehicles into the Toyota and Lexus network—boosting sales, market share, and vehicle lifetime value (VLV).

Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll design and build dashboards, translate performance data into insight, and communicate findings clearly to support fast, effective decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and building Power BI dashboards that drive business decisions
  • Analysing data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and performance insights
  • Profiling and cleaning data to ensure quality and integrity
  • Collaborating with Data Engineering to define models for digital analytics
  • Documenting metrics and KPIs that matter
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Training teams to self-serve using your dashboards and tools
  • Monitoring production issues and supporting resolution

Essentials:

  • Proven ability to extract, clean, and analyse large datasets
  • Advanced Power BI and Google Analytics skills
  • Strong communicator who can explain technical insights to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Azure, and Snowflake
  • Critical thinking and a proactive, organised approach

Nice to have:

  • Automotive or sales industry experience
  • Microsoft/Azure certifications
  • A degree or apprenticeship in Data Analytics (or similar field)
