E-Commerce Specialist – Permanent – £38000 – near Epsom, Surrey (commute easiest by car).
The Opportunity :
Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom, Surrey is looking for a Specialist, E-commerce to lead the E-commerce Department in the Value Chain Channels Team.
The E-commerce Department has seen significant growth in recent years, with the addition of new platforms and an increasing volume of customer orders. This role presents an opportunity to progress this area of the business further and see the direct results in performance, while working closely with your team.
You will be responsible for managing the E-commerce Department, which offers parts and accessories to B2C customers via the e-commerce channels eBay and Amazon, whilst supporting the preparations to set up the client’s own in-house eshop.
You’ll be coordinating numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent operations and an excellent customer experience. You will be self-motivated and keen to innovate, conducting analysis and introducing improvements and efficiencies where possible.
Ultimately you will be motivated to lead the department and introduce new ways to develop each platform to drive greater revenue.
You won’t be doing this on your own, you’ll have a team of two full-time reports within the department, along with support from your line manager.
