Service Desk Analyst – IT Helpdesk- Windows – Active Directory – MS Office – Farnborough – Hampshire
I am looking for a motivated, and responsive Helpdesk Analyst who will primarily be involved in the logging and ownership of calls to the Helpdesk. These calls will then require management from start to finish and escalation if required. You will be working within a focused on site team and must be highly responsive to customer needs, you will work closely with other team members and the Helpdesk Manager, as well as other on-site colleagues to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
You will also be required to ensure that all calls to the Helpdesk are answered within set service levels (SLA), verify information back to the customer on the call details ensuring that all relevant information is entered into the company helpdesk call logging system, connection via remote management software may be used to aid problem resolution for users, escalate calls where necessary to the correct department, proactively monitor all calls keeping the customer and helpdesk manager informed if necessary, and assist with the production of relevant documentation and procedures relating to the helpdesk.
This position is based in Farnborough – Hampshire
Key skills & responsibilities:
*Must have current experience working on a Helpdesk, ideally in a corporate environment
*Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, MS Office
*Must be literate, numerate, and have a good telephone manner
*Must be able to work under pressure and have a flexible working attitude
*You will have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business
My client is looking to pay a base salary of between £24,000 – £25,000 + a benefits package
