Introduction
TLP was established in the late 1970s as the computer services
arm of a FTSE top 100 company. It's primary function was the
provision of IT resource, both contract and permanent to the
corporate group. As the internal function and demand grew
TLP started to supply external as well as internal clients
until following a management buyout in 1989 TLP became a wholly
independent company.
By steady and sustained growth the TLP Group now employs
over forty staff, and has an annual turnover in excess of
12 million pounds.
TLP supplies IT professionals across a range of technologies
and sectors to companies of all sizes ranging from small software
houses to the largest investment banks and car manufacturers.
From its inception, working as an integral part of a large
multinational organisation, to an independent company servicing
the requirements of external clients, TLP's philosophy has
always been one based on prompt, quality service delivery
and developing partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
From our offices in the UK, we are able to supply IT professionals
throughout Europe.
Uniquely, TLP also benefits from the support and experience
of its sister company, TLP
Technology Limited, which specialises in computer hardware
procurement, network design and installation, software support
and hardware maintenance.
